Buncha new fly stuff

strictly bmx has a buch of new fly stuff up!!
(of course strictly is gunna have it first too because fly's new products gets shipped to Austraila and Japan first... so just be patient and itll eventually be in the USA)

1st up:

Fly campillio frame, 4.2 lbs for the 21 inch model!! colors: flat raw and flat white, super light frame for tails, because of the post welding treatment, and its even strong enough for street which im sure some people are going to put it through.....


2nd
luna frame, not too much of new news but heres some specs on it...
highest stand over fly frame ever made, 4.8 lbs, all of the teirra features, removable seatstay brake mounts, compatible with the ruben bashguard, comes in that red you've seen before and flat black...


3rd
Pantera 3 frame:
no pic sorry!! but heres the specs: 4.9lbs for the 20.8 model, it says its got the lowest standover height of any Fly frame but im not sure if its lower than the tierra. all the teirra features, and comes in flat raw and flat white.

4th:
fly's new sprocket that im sure youve seen before, with the integrated cone for more simplicity and less parts on your bike, only compatible with 22mm spindles.

Mirraco's 2008 bike line up

Taken from ride bmx... The Black Pearl Ltd and The Blend Ltd are both crazy... Expect to drop $1770 for each though.. But dont worry they have a lot more bikes too that arent as expensive... Go here to check it out..

Its pretty crazy to think that the top of the line mirra co's have a thomson post, proper hubs, fbm stem, fly cranks, double butted spokes, colored nipples.. but if i was droppin 1770 for a bike id expect that on my new ride though...

Mutiny Hemi frame preview

Mutiny just posted a preview of Justin Simpson's new signature frame The Hemi. It weighs in at 5 pounds, features 420 Baked heat-treating and seems to gravitate towards Motley Crue photos.
Additional features include top tube sizes of 20.6" and 21", 74.5 headtube angle, 13.6" chain stays, integrated seat clamp, ovalized chain stays to help prevent denting and offer greater tire clearence, custom overlized down tube to help preventing against denting which then round at the B/B junction to increase stiffness, flattened dropouts on inside to help hubguard clear stays when wheel is slammed, externally machined B/B shell, Mutiny badge logo on seat stay caps and headtube, brass knuckle seat stay brace and angled brake lugs for improved braking. Color is metallic black and I am outta breath..

2008 Felt Sheriff frame

Heres the specs:

After a year being out of stock Felt is happy to announce the availability of the Sheriff frame. It's Scotty Cranmer's signature frame that weighs only 4lbs.11oz. (20.5" version). The frame comes in Galaxy or Ocean in 2 sizes (20.5" Top Tube and 21 Inch toptube).

It has removable chain tensioners and gyro tabs, a Campagnolo style Integrated head tube, Mid bb Integrated seat clamp and is made from Japanese “Sanko” tubing.

The Sheriff further has an externally machined seat tube, internally machined heat tube and bb shell and laser cut chromo dropouts with inside machines out.

In the USA the frame retails for $279. Add $80 for a kit that includes headset, 19mm + 22mm bb’s and London Mod.

Sunday Vinne bars

Do you like the feel of big bars but not the look of them? Then Sunday has a new handlebar for you.

Their new Vinnie Sammon-inspired handlebar feels like Sunday's already popular Triumph bar, but has a smaller box, two degrees of upsweep and a narrower width. The heigh is 8", the width is 26.75", the back sweep is 12 degrees and the color is black.

The new Vinnie bars are constructed of heat-treated, multi-butted 41-Thermal cr-mo, and the final weight is 1 pound 11.3 ounces. So you get an extremely strong, lightweight bar that you don't need to cut down.

Staff-bmx has the kink apex frame in stock it looks super nice and i think kink should make them as an aftermarket frame... i mean look at the specs.

new proper rear hub

Alans bmx has the new proper rear hub that has a ceramic bearing in it, which is the first of its kind, colony is getting ready to start using the ceramic technology too. i havent seen it on dans or empire but i went to my local bmx shop and they had it. its pretty sick, super low profile, so if your lookin for a new rear hub keep botherin dans or empire until they start stocking them!! heres some pics.

Eastern 20, Eastern 26 and now Eastern 24!!

Well i had known that eastern had their whole 26 department called eastern 26.. but they just recently made a 24 inch cruiser and i think it looks cool. too me it actually looks more like a bmx bike then a cruiser. anyways go here to check it out. and they have a 26 inch cruiser too. which also looks more like a bmx than a mtb. the integrated clamps on both of these are a nice touch too. now, i just don't want to see a bunch of kids in the UK rollin around on these brakeless trying to ride street cause that would be just gay.

Animal rim pic

Sequence Hook Stems

Well these stems were originally spotted on global-flat (correct me if im wrong) and they finally came out with colors... and here they are. it kind of reminds me of the kink stem mixed with the elementay stem... I think this stem is neat and differnt, but would it hold up to street? Dans has it here, in the longer lengths for what i would assume to be for street.

Suelo Grip(s)

If you don't know who suelo its basically fly's flatland company... and they have some of the stuff thats kind of the same, like the cranks and the brakes, but there other stuff is pretty uniqe. Like this grip idea its differnt and i love it! if i can find it somewhere ill definately buy one. I imagine that it'll go great with big bars, Heres what suelo said:

"Here is the suelo grip. The tubo.
It´s basically a very long grip that you can cut at the lenght that you want. if you cut it in half, you have two grips with enough length to cover both bar bends as many brakeless flataland riders love. if you cut it in 3 pieces, you´ll have 3 regular grips.
The shape is a mushroom style with thicker flanges and cuts to be more grippy. It´s has the shame shape all the way so when you cut it, you will not notice the cut.
It´s also thinner than a regular grip with a 28mm. diameter instead of the normal 30mm."
